But if that's what you mean, the exemptions are already subtracted before you get to taxable income, so I'm not sure why you included that info.
If you're saying that your AGI, line 21, is $37797, and you take the standard deduction and three exemptions, then your taxable income is 37797 - std deduction of 7000 - exemptions 3 * 3050 = $21647 and your tax is $2744.
