If married to a drug user can you have them declared incompetent and make them receive some sort of treatment?

Me again, the sick bastard that stays with his wife. Thing is I believe she is sick. Sick and hopelessly hooked on drugs for 25 yrs and the nite life. She promisses me she has never done anything wrong, like sleeping with other guys , but its a constant going out everyday now. How can I force treatment on her so she can be clean and start to live a normal life after so long? Help?

In Florida U & 1 other person can. I'm sure all states have a law similar to this. Be prepared for her to be pissed off. I had it done to me several years ago. If she doesn't want to get clean it won't work. Good Luck.
