this guy was basically calling me stupid and i told him to shut up because i am sure he does stupid things too and he told me he has done stupid girls..he is engaged and he's 25 and i am 19

He's 25 but acting like a 12 year old who doesn't know how to talk to girls.
He's interested in you, but doesn't know how to deal with it. Ignore him.

I think he was saying what he was saying. However I think what you really want to know is why he was saying it. I suspect it was to get a rise out of you. Worked, didn't it?

maybe he's bored and his mind might me a little unstable and he doesnt love his girlfriend
try to avoid him before he starts stalking you
