Long as your both legal age, see where it leads. I've dated older, younger, same age. Personality and character
is what counts most.

As long as you are 18 + age is not always important.
With age comes experience and you can learn lots of new things with an older guy.

Depends on how old you are first of all. If you are old enough to be living alone then I say go for him and do what you want...But if you are still in school then forget it if he is more than 2 or 3 years older than you.

Nothings' wrong with the age gap and love, unless you're a teenager and he's 40s up. Now that's something. Again, nothing's wrong with the age gap as long as you're not a minor, and he is still single. For the third time, there's nothing wrong, as long as you're single and not a minor, and he is a bachelor with a decent job. For the fourth time, there's nothing wrong as long you're single, not a minor, mature in thinking, and he is single, mature in thinking, with a decent job, and pure in his intentions towards you. But make sure you finish first your studies before you jump on the marriage band wagon.

Age matter differently as you grow older.
When you are born through high school, it is okay to date someone a couple of years older than you, a few years older is pushing it.

When you are in college, it is fine to date someone a few years older than you but several years older might be too much.

In general, to avoid problems, try to stay within one or two years but women should feel more free to date younger guys and men should feel free to date older women.

Once you are in your twenties it is okay to date anyone in their twenties. Once you are in your thirties then it is okay to date anyone in their late to mid twenties to early to mid-forties. Once you are in your fourties, anything from thirty to sixty. Once you are in your fifties then anything from forty to seventy.

The point is you need to date someone within your maturity level for two reasons: compatability and security. SOmeone too old or too young and what will you talk about. Someone too much older than you and, especially when you are young, they might be dating someone much younger in order to take advantage of them. Take care of yourself and date a younger guy!

I hate to say it, but it depends. It depends on how old you are, how old he is, ect. i mean, a 7 year age difference is no big- unless you are like 14 and he is like 21- that is illegal... i dunno, but just in general, age makes no difference- just be careful.

are you an adult? does he like you? need more details. If you're a minor and he's an adult though, the correct answer is leave him alone!
