I would appreciate tricks and techniques or even supplements without side effects that will help build muscle mass fast and build strength fast

Hi, David. I have tried a supplement(creatine) and I did not see positive results. I did however see negative results. For instance, I gained weight on my face and I looked bloated most of the time. Needless to say, I quickly stopped taking the supplement. Furthermore, I don't think it helped me gain any muscle mass. I might have been able to lift heavier weight, however, it could have been a placebo effect. My mind may have been believing I was lifting more because I was paying big bucks to enhance my body. I would recommend that you don't take supplements and do heavy weights and less reps. For instance, on bench do a weight that you can do at least 8 or 10 times, then for the 2nd set add on about 10 or 20 lbs and do at least 4 or 6 reps, and for your 3rd and final set add about 10 or more lbs to the previous weight and do at least 3 or 5 reps. I would also recommend doing dips and pull-ups. These will build your arms up and really strengthen your upper body. I especially recommend doing pull-ups with an overhand grip. This is a grip where you can see your knuckles. This will build up your triceps and will increase the size of your arms greatly. Good luck, and remember heavy weights and less reps will help build up mass.

life lessons (glumglich other 1/2) i learned in high school from a body builder that to gain muscle mass you just lift as much weight as you can comfortably lift at one time. do this until you can do this repeatedly five times in a row then increase the weight and start over. it worked for me i went from hardly any muscles at all to no body messed with me any more. i mean it. no more fights. if you want to use a protein power make sure that you use something that is well balanced and not just some power that is all egg power. it should have a complete balance of nutrients. remember your muscles will need a complete balance of all nutrients to grow properly. PS- don't over do the Vitamins as this can do more harm then good.

Most people believe that in order to build noticeable muscle size, they have to devote many hours in the gym, 5 or 6 days a week for many years. This is untrue, yes, hard work is required, but to devote that much time is unnecessary.
