The answer is either never or only once.
The question isn't "Can the SU-30 take out either aircraft?"
Simply put, the SU-30 can likely detect and engage either aircraft from beyond ranges it can be detected from by these two.
The question is "What's the possibility that an A10 or AH64 will be up without air cover?" because almost any US fighter with enough AMRAAM's and a link to either type of AWACS or an F22 can handle an SU-30 from range as long as the budget to launch them holds out. As long as the SU-30 is kept at arm's length and kept track of, it can eventually be brought down because it's unlikely any country fielding SU-30's will be able to put up enough at one time to gain air superiority over a US expeditionary force...

That's one of the reasons the A-10 is being retired from the U.S. military. Not only are enemy jets are getting better, but the the SA missles are too.
An SU-30 vs it's replacement, the JSF, chances are the SU 30 doesn't have a chance since it can't lock onto a JSF, but the JSF can lock onto a SU-30. This is because of its stealth nature and the ability to blind the SU-30's radar.
As far as the Apache goes, they are more flimsy than advertised and large caliber ground fire and even RPGs have brought some down. It's biggest advantange is the ability to pass off targets to other systems, which means the SU-30 has been "spoted" by more capable systems to take down the SU-30. The Apache also can try and hide forcing the pilot to have to spot the Apache visually unless it has doppler radar and then it'll pick up trucks, busses, water towers as well as the helicopter.

You might think so, but you are wrong because you don't have any idea how air wars are fought.
Before the A-10's and Apaches even warm up their engines, the SU-30's are already scrap metal.

LMAO, the SU-30 won't get close enough. It will be splashed by the high cover. These attack units don't go anywhere that we don't have complete air superiority.
