Hi I'm 15 years old right now and i came over here 4 to 5 years ago by my dad but then i couldn't get my green card right away and need to do some paper work during the progress i moved out of my dad's house because he abuses me and so he don't want to work on my paper work anymore. So now i'm really scare and don't know what to do because people told me that if i don't have a green card by the time I'm 18 then i have to go back to my country and if i would stay here then probably can't go to college and apply for scholarship. I just want to ask if you guys can help me or show me how to get a green card. please i really need help

i have the visa that when i came with from my country to the united states and my social security, birth certificate and everything. My dad he just passed the citizenship test but he said that he didn't listed my name in the file as his children so i can't get citizenship either
