religion and spirituality are 2 different things.
Religion is man made and they make up the rules as they go along.
Spirituality/faith is Divine.

Well, it's not really inconsistent, because Christianity is really based on the idea of sin. And for there to be sin, there has to be some standard by which you *judge* something to be sinful or not. And thereby you have judgment built in to the religion.
Jesus did say, "Do not judge, or you too will be judged," (Matthew 7:1), but I've heard it interpreted as: be fair with your judgments -- don't be a hypocrite. As you judge, so will you be judged. So don't tell someone not to do something unless you can refrain from it, too. Not really a problem with straight people judging homosexuality (unfortunately).

Actually, it is suppose to be the conduct that is condemned not the person.
Persons who judge another should keep in mind that simply being a flawed human whether homosexual or not fails to meet God's standard'. In other words one is not viewed as more acceptable to God than the other is.
This may be what the implication is at 1Corinthians 6:9-11 when referring to 'unrighteous persons' although, in the preceding scriptures verses 1-8 the unrighteous may refer to one(s) using litigation for purposes other than what it is intended for but, unrighteous persons can include just simply being a human because humans are like Adam and eve after they got the boot.
Verse 11 indicates not all engaged in the describe conduct(s) yet are still considered by God as unclean requiring...

That all depends on MANY varying factors. Some XIANS are wrong, and have been misled into thinking they "ought to" make homosexuals feel mortified for that particular sin; these XIANS do much harm to JESUS' true reputation.
The problem is: call it what you want; dance around the theology of it plenty; but to GOD it will ALWAYS BE AN ABOMINABLE ACT. Jesus HIMSELF said "Judge not, lest ye be judged"...so, you are correct....us Xians have no place judging homosexuals. JESUS DOES IN FACT LOVE THOSE ENGAGED IN THAT LIFESTYLE; HE LOVES WITH AN UNFAILING AND BEYOND HUMAN COMPREHENSION LOVE.----but HE will not involve HIMSELF WITH SIN EVER. PERIOD! One who goes against His instruction will NOT have communion with HIM, will not be able to have a deep, personal and intimate relationship with HIM; because by His HOLY WORD (the bible) HE makes clear all, ALL SIN (not just homo/transgender/sexuality) is an abomination in His sight; and even our very best, and most noble self sacrificing deeds are AS filthy rags in comparison to the LIGHT AND CHARACTER, LOVE AND ATTRIBUTES OF OUR HOLY GOD.........
And I have to end this by saying that, we need to look at the scope of ALL HUMANITY; and how far too many are geared, bent, and swayed in the direction of judging others for ANY ol' thing that is not a specific stronghold in THIER very life......ALL PEOPLE NEED TO STOP JUDGING OTHERS; with or without religion involved.
I just pray that people would KNOW the LOVE of GOD so PERSONALLY....to just imagine the most loving person, the most unselfish person you have ever known.......take an multiply, concentrate it, and then multiply it again times about 459 trillion ounces of unfailing LOVE, and that is the ABSOLUTE TRUTH OF WHAT GOD IN CHRIST JESUS HAS FOR ALL OF US......SINNER OR SAVED!!!!! So much would be different if we could all just simply strive to LOVE as GOD LOVES US.....to see thru HIS eyes for but a mere 20 seconds......we would all fall to our knee's weeping at our very own SELFISH thoughts and deeds.
Love in Christ,

God never commands to not judge. That's not a sin, to judge. It's a sin to think you're better than other people, that's pride and love of oneself above another.
You're thinking of Luke 6:37,
"Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven."
Just a warning, not a 'law'.
And to prove my other statement here is Matthew 22:39,
"And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' "
Can't really speak for the other religions. Don't know too much about them.

To judge is to form an opinion, we do this when choosing houses, cars, lifestyles etc. Non-religious people cry when religious people try to shove religion down their throat but than want to shove homosexuality down theirs. Double standard?
I'm not religious but disagree with homosexuality. Homosexual men suffer rectal trauma because a large object is repeatedly forced into an opening which was designed for a radically different function. They also suffer shorter life spans.
Lesbian sex is no picnic either; the rate of syphilis among women who practice homosexual acts is nineteen times higher than the rate among women who don't.

The only way a Christian can judge is when someone in the church is doing something that is considered sin. The purpose is to get the sinner to repent and be restored to the church and reconciled with God. The Christian is not to judge those who are not in the church. They will, however judge the angels at the coming of the Lord.

Judge righteous judgment, the bible says. You cant judge hypocritically. My sin is not homosexuality, I can know in my own mind the bible says homosexuality is wrong. I am not participating in it. The bible says drunkeness is a sin. Arnt I OBLIGATED to also think it is a sin? Someone who commits sin is a sinner. SO saying homosexuals are sinning by commiting that act is a true statement. We are trying to help, not hurt!

If you mean "to judge", by proclaiming their punishment for sinning, then we would be 100% wrong. This is Gods responsibility. But "to judge" by comparing a persons actions in reference to Gods laws is permissible. What I mean is if you see or know of someone who has intentionally killed another person, it is not judgmental to call that person a murderer, or someone who steals a thief.

The truth is that we do have to check our logs before we try to remove others. Yet, i have a problem understanding your question. If you are worried about what people (religious anyway)say, I wouldn't. Talk to the one who created you in His image and has a purpose for you in this life and ask Him what he has to say about the matter. Now when he sends you the answer in the form of someone who knows Him personally, make sure you listen carefully and be obedient (there is a blessing for you in it) Smile, Jesus loves you

No. this is like asking somebody how they justify to ''God'' the reality that they have been born with black hair. whilst the recommendations opens it learns. i does not undertake a faith in case you paid me. i visit die very fortuitously as a gay and NON non secular individual. I even have chanced on the braveness with the aid of difficulty to open and enlighten my recommendations and to settle for myself for what/who i'm. i understand why i'm right here and that i understand the place i am going after dying, i don't want a faith to hold onto. The recommendations and soul are what's genuine. once you touch those, you learn.
