My gf is not virgin. At first,I think I can accept her without care. Because love is more important than whether your gf is a virgin.
I know she loves me deeply. But then I start to be suspicious of her.I know it is unfair for her.But I really can not forget her past. That is terrible.
If you(girl) give your first to a boy(anyone),you can not easily forget him. Right?
We have aleady engaged ,it seems we have to depart. I can not match with her.She is a good girl. But I am a very, very traditional and common boy.
If your gf is not a virgin, and you care a little(even a little).Do not want to pretend you are open-minded. Just leave her. She nevery forgets her ex-bf.
Right?
I decide to part with her. Once I have the virgin care, I can not give happiness to her for ever.Because I have barrier in mind.
I was a virgin before I met her. We have already made love with each other. So I feel unfair .

Wow, you're a VERY strict traditionalist. Her past is just that: HER PAST. Sometimes it's very easy to forget "your first" especially if he/she was the wrong one or a bad choice. Sometimes, your first is special & magical & sacred. You can remember the moment fondly, but thats all it is; to ASSUME she is dwelling on some past boyfriend is YOUR insecurity, not hers. Most people go through life having dated & had sex with several people before they settle down. This is the NORM these days. There is nothing wrong with that, either. You are being quite the sexist assuming she can't let go of her first lover....what, do you think me are more capable of letting their first lover go than women! Lol!!!
I've had LOTS of boyfriends, I've even been married & divorced, but all of them pale in comparison to my new love, who I hope with all of my heart will be the last & only one for the rest of my life. I have NO thoughts of my ex's, you see, because I have this thing called a BRAIN & common sense. You are no longer a virgin, either, my friend, so if you leave her, you'll be no better off that she, and it is excrutiatingly hypocritical & old-fashioned of you (if you do decide to leave her) to expect ANY future woman you get involved with to be avirgin if YOU yourself are not. Get off your high-horse, kiddo. If she loves you & you love her, then hold on to that & let the rest go; true love comes around rarely enough that you'll be a complete fool to let it go.

My oh My men are so different then females, I lost my virginity when I was 16, Im now 21. I NEVER think about the guy I lost my virginity to. I could care less about him. Ive actually gotten married. And am living a normal life, I never even think about my past sexual relationships. This girl probably doesnt either. So what she had sex with a guy, it doesnt mean she is going to think about him forever. And now that you've had sex it would be hypocritical for you to ever go out with a virgin because of the way you think. I can assure you that this girl was truly interested in you.

Im glad my husband didnt think the way you do because he really wouldnt have married me. I love my husband more than life itself.

I don't think it matters much, mostly in the US. Most teens or whatever are not virgins, and I guess it is hard for them to forget it, but some of them really regret it.

She might be really happy with you, and really wish she hadn't done that previously. If she does regret it, and is really happy with you and whatnot, she'll feel really bad if you just part with her.

Since you are asking this online, it probably means you are trying to convince yourself it doesn't matter.

Basically, you have to try to work this out with yourself and maybe her, depending on what type of person you are.

Don't think that would that important in today's world, where most young people hook up a number of times before deciding on one person to stay with. She decided on you after having someone else, right?

I personally couldn't care less if she is or not. Plus after like 16, unless she was big on waiting until marraige or religion, it is going to be hard to find anyone who is a virgin

The thing is that the feelings will always stick with her, she will never really be yours, she has already been taken.

Give it up because at the end, you won't be happy and she's just using you to replace her old memories.

virginity does not mean very much today, if you wanna level the playing field, then try to find a virgin too.
