I'm just curious! In fact, I don't even like dogs...period! I don't even like hot dogs either. I believe a wild timber wolf would be vicious towards a pit bull. Natural instinct wins out over trained instinct everytime. A person trained in the martial arts could kill pit bull or a wolf with one or two blows to any part of their body. Pit bulls maul & even kill people, still think your pit bull is so special?

Timber wolf. Even if the Pit Bull has been trained to fight the Wolf would still win since fighting is a inborn trait. Pit Bulls are not naturally vicious as ther reputation suggest.

Wow, this is amazing. You went around the world and tested every single Pits' Temperament to know that EVERY single one will maul and kill a person? Where do you have the time? Sorry buddy, other dogs could maul and kill a person. Ever hear of a Cane Corso? A Rottie? A German Shepard? Any big dog in general? My friend, who is an EMT, told me about a run where a girl got her face ripped up by a Golden. BAN ALL GOLDENS ! ; ) (Got to love lazy people who take the easy way out and just believe everything they hear on the news, in the papers, word or mouth, or had a few incidents instead of getting off their butt and finding out the real truth)

Jeez people.. maybe he's JUST CURIOUS. Just because somebody asks a question like this doesn't mean they're evil and are making they're dogs fight.
I had to watch a video for a project in school, and it was a Pit Bull vs. a Wolf, and the Pit Bull actually KILLED the wolf, it was a bit small though, probably a pup. It was really harsh, don't watch it. I totally regret watching it.
But I guess it all depends, I don't think wolves are any stronger then dogs..

Yes I think my staffi is special, but not because he could be killed by your "ninja" friend! He is special because he is a loving, well trained dog! Seriously, maybe you are just curious, but it is curiosity that is giving these dogs a bad name because everyone is so interested in what they can do. Stick to not liking dogs, and don't worry about it.

What a question.........what kind of freak thinks of things like that other than a silly 5 yr old boy who wants to know who or what would win, not any harm intened with his thoughts. You on the other hand need to see a Doctor!!!

no way to know for sure, but i think the wolf would win; especially if it was wild, because fighting is their way of life.

pitbull if it was a correct bred american pitbull terrier. probably win very easily. but its very wrong to fight a pitbull or any animal i have 2 pitbulls and they are my babys. if you were stranded out in the woods though or if either one of my dogs had to to protect me or themselves a pitbull would win with no problem
