I'm a pretty healthy person, a couple of months ago I was diagnosed with Anemia. It wasnt bad, took some iron for it. Anyways I get light headed at times when i get up. I guess that normal...but last night was jst plain scary. Last night i woke up around 3 in the morning. I was fully awake, I got up
to use the bathroom...and when i reached the bathroom my body started shaking uncontrollably and I dont know what happened after that...I all I could hear was myself shaking and and the the objects that were hanging on the wall moving. And I remember thinking "dont fall." It seemed like forever but this probably happened for a minute or less...What happened to me?

Honestly, unless it was a very, very mild seizure you would not remember things shaking and stuff moving. I have had them for eight years now and there is no memory of what happens during my seizures. None of the other people I have met who have them remember things going on around them either. And you would not have been able to remain standing. All muscles seize up and you would have hit the floor. But, you said you are anemic and are taking iron so you need to see your doctor to make sure you aren't having some type of reaction.

I'm epileptic and it does sound like a seizure, or a horible over dose of iron. Please see a doctor if it was seizure and you don't get treated for it, it can get worse. You can seriously hurt your self or maybe someone else, especially if you have a seizure while driving. I did with my 3 month old daughter in the car. Thank God it was not a serious accident, We're fine. Get to a Doctor please for your sake and others.
