thats no excuse! im in college too and im always on the go and i have a desk job but still u can make time to exercise. im not a skinny person telling u this, cuz i feel ur pain but u can do basic stuff to begin with like stairs instead of elevator cut out ALL fast foods and junk foods, if u MUST absolutely get something from the vending machine get pretzels, this works for me, have a lot of lollypops around to keep ur mouth busy from being hungry. a blowpop has 60 calories but u burn more calories eating it. u can go to the gym after school or before school or walk to school or get off the bus or train a stop early or park ur car far from ur school. its little stuff, but trust me they work. if u must try a pill, i suggest hydroxycut hardcore. even with dieting and exercise, some people still need that little push! good luck!

if losing some pounds of any description and inches is what you want then I would suggest you use a diet that is all natural and is rich in protein and vitamins, which is what the FDA recommends. I used a protein based diet after a friend who had lost a lot of weight with this recommended it to me. All the way through you feel great and energized, you also get great coaching and support along the way. The people are very friendly and gave me lots of great advice. I needed to lose 40 pounds and I did so with no problems. The products really work and you feel great whilst losing weight. I lost all my weight in less than four months and they have helped me to keep it off. I would definitely recommend using them. My sister did this also and lost 76 pounds in five months (She works out, I don’t). There is no pressure and they will even send you a load of free samples so you can try before you buy. The samples were the thing that initially convinced me that this was the right diet for me. You also a get a free complete health consultation with the samples, I just paid the postage and handling, but for what I got it was well worth it. You just to go to myhealthabc.com to register your details to get the free samples and the free advice etc and then they just call you up and ask you a few questions. It was so easy. Their main site is www.myhealthabcmall.com and you can see all the products and packages and order from their. Its nice to have contact with real people who care about you losing weight and improving your health. I am in better health now than I have ever been thanks to these products and I know that I will continue to keep the weight off with the help I have received. I hope this helps.

First of all (and I'm sure you know this) cut out ALL junk food! I'm in college too and I know it's hard to eat healthy...but if you really want to do this you will put in the effort. Eat about 1400-1600 calories a day. Start counting because if you don't know what you put in your body you'll never lose weight. A pound of fat equals 3500 calories. Find out your resting metablic rate (just google it and you will find a calculator), which is the amount of calories your body needs to stay the same weight. Have a deficit of 3500 caloriese a week and you will lose one pound. Cut out twice that and lose two pounds (don't lose more than that...it's unhealthy and your body will fight back). Go to the gym about 5-6 times a week and do cardio cardio cardio. Get your heart rate up between 165-175 (higher is bad for your body). Drink lots of water....and there you go. The magic formula to losing weight. Take your snacks with you from home, try cooking once in a while. I go to college and work but I make myself find the time to cook. I cook enough to have for the whole week. I hope it works out for you...I"m on the same path right now.

just replace all your drinks with water. then start ordering things with veggies on the menu. and start looking for alternative restaurants/take out/fast food where youll have more choices. gradually blend this in to your system the next 2 weeks. dont do it all at once because then it becomes an impossible task. eat smaller portions and stop when you are full. then have a few healthy snacks in the day to keep you going. cut down a little on your carbs-dont go overboard with it because it is used for your energy. but start being mindful and reading the nutrition tags. lastly try to fit in some kind of excercise a day. make it a small thing like a few reps. or like 5mins on the stairclimber. the trick is a little at a time to keep your motivation up. then they become good habits. oh and lastly, drink any kind of tea... i did this and lost 12 pounds in 2 months. GOOD LUCK

I'm doing the same sort of thing, and my most recommended tip is to drink lot of water. Like, rediculous amounts. I was told by a dietician I was talking with recently to drink at least half your body weight (in mLs, so if you were 150 pounds you drink 75 mL of water)
It keeps you feeling good, and surprisingly enough, when your stomach is nearly full all the time from water you really dont get hungry.
Keep a granola bar or an apple with you for when you get hungry, I find that Nature Valley granola ones keep me satisfied the best.

I just asked the same question. Only I'm trying to lose 10 pounds. Keep snacks in your car instead of a drive through. Like granola bars and fruit. Try walking anywhere and everywhere you can.

Always take the stairs. I worked with a woman who lost 80 lbs. mostly by taking the stairs instead of the elevator (this was a 17 story building, of course). I do it all the time and I love it.
