Like most of the other answers before mine say, water freezes at 0 degrees C and 32 degrees F. But that is with pure water. If the water is not pure, containing salt, for example, the freezing temperature will decrease. For example, in the polar regions where sea ice is formed, the temperature of the water needs to be even less than 0 degrees C and 32 degrees F.

32 degrees Fahrenheit, 0 degrees Celsius. It is the temperature when water freezes.

at 0 degrees celsius.....wen the heat supplied to it....overcomes the fprce of attraction between the molecules of ice...due to which it changes it's state n changes to liqiud...
