I have tried his recipes, they always turned out great and my family enjoyed my cooking all the time. He made cooking fun and easy. I hardly dine out in fancy restaurants nowadays, thanks to jamie i can cook them my self.

I haven't made anything from Food Network and I love everyone, except BOBBY FLAY!!!!! Personally I feel that Bobby Flay is a world class jerk, and I don't mean chicken folks. Anyone who can make a show that mixes cooking with the WWE (Bobby Flays Smack Down) deserves to have his own "What's the difference between...." joke. I have worked with some "gentlemen" chefs in my day, and Bobby Flay makes most of them look like Paula Dean.

Paula Deen for good old Southern cuisine, Michael Chiarello for entertaining, Giada DeLaurentis and Mario Batali for Italian, Emeril Lagasse for all around knowledge, Dave Lieberman for portion and cost control and Duff is just plain fun to watch. Rachel Ray irritates me.

Emeril, Giada, Tyler, all of them are great chefs in their own right but I love Paula as she cooks the kind of comfort food I grew up with.

Giada De L. -she makes a lot of vegetarian or easily adapted to vegetarian foods, and Mario Battali. They have a way of preparing and teaching that even I can follow .

Paula and Emeril have the best restaurants. Paula's recipes are food that real people can cook, but I love Giada's Italian food the best! And I have always had a crush on Tyler Florence!
