Call the VET IMMEDIATELY!!
She could have a pinched nerve, a blood clot, a stroke, or a number of things that would make her lose her balance. It's possible she's just worn out from labor and delivery but this is not normal.
There is a problem with calcium deficiency that can occur and cause these symptoms but this usually happens later after the kittens are a couple of weeks to a couple of months old.
Please call the vet as soon as you can.

That does not sound good at all! I've had a mama cat that had a few litters and she never did that! If she had the kittens very recently, she might of not passed all of the afterbirth, or worse yet, she could have a still born kitten in her still. You need to take her ASAP to the vet..that's unusual. Good luck!

After you talk to your vet about this very serious issue as she is obviously not healthy... would you also consider talking to your vet about spaying her? There are many health benefits to sterilization and there are so many homeless kittens being destroyed in our nation's shelters without the prospect of loving homes. I hope your kitty gets the medical attention that she needs.

Please get your cat to an emergency vet. This does not sound like something you can deal with at home. If she had the kittens VERY recently, she may even still have one inside her. Infection and calcium deficiency are other possibilities. At this point, again, you can't do anything at home.
If she goes outside at all, she may have even ingested something toxic.
