Well honestly dear there isn't a whole lot that you can do in less than a week. But i would stay away from Bread/ Grains, and certain vegetables the day of and the day after... You say that you are a dancer, which means that you do work out.. I wouldn't over exercises. That might make you a bit stiff for your tryouts!! Drink lots of water, make sure that it's ice cold. Ice cold water make your body work harder to pass it. In other words cold water equals a few more calories burned. Make sure that you are getting enough sleep too. Too little ZZZ's will slow down your metabolism also.. Suck it in if you have to just be very careful on how you go about doing it.. Just remember stay away from things that can make you bloat and i think that you should be fine.. And good luck. I hope you do well!

You used the word "look" smaller... well, to look smaller, try a over sized top, something with plenty of room there.
But, if you want it to BE smaller, you need to exercise and drink lots of water. Do a whole lot of crunches. But, it'll take more time than a couple of days.
Good luck on your dance tryouts!

YES!

Most boxers do this right before a competition (wrestlers too!):
Eat for three days, 4 meals each.
Stop eating for the next couple days, only eating snacks and breakfast.
Go into the a sona (those hot steamy places) and sit in there for a long time until you have a heavy sweat.
Then jump into the pool immediately afterwards and stay in there for 5 minutes or so. Then go back into the sona and repeat.
IT WORKS! You not only will lose weight, you will be slimmer!

Because you need a 'quick fix' in only a few days, I'd recommend a good padded wonder bra. Making your breasts look a bit bigger will make your tummy look smaller in comparison.

Good luck at the tryout!

Really lay off the carbohydrates, bread, pasta, sugar, sodas, and no trans fats, and any milk should be skim, and drink lots of water. Eat lots of vegetables and lean meat, and you may eat fruit for energy. When you do your sit ups, really try to hold your stomach in as much as possible. You will not be able to do full situps doing them this way, but this okay.

Do exercise like sit-up. And try to wear something that make your stomach smaller.

1.) try to do sit-ups and belly dancing
2.) do not seat down after you have eaten a meal
3.) don't know the name of that thing but the one you wear after you have given birth. uhm, it is something like a "girdle"
4.) don't drink too much cold water (pinapalaki nito ang belly)
