I went on a lunch date after church with a friend about four months ago. About a month ago, I put a message on her facebook board saying her picture looks amazing, asking how she is doing, and saying I will call her. Anyway, she sent me a message saying she wondered if I had tried to call last weekend. I did not, but why does she wonder? Does she want me to call? And why if so?

Since you said you would call, you should keep your word. There might have been a missed call on her phone (if it was a cell) and she wonders if was you, only since you said you would call.

Of course, she is expecting your call, since you said so.

She was probably wondering if she missed your call, so i get the feeling shes waiting for it. But four months and you havent been out again?! Whats with that? Its nice you commented on her picture but try keeping better contact with her to show interest. Good luck

A lot of times that's a woman's way of calling to talk without being embaressed or looking desperate, I did it a few times when i was younger (and before i was married). It sounds like she wanted to talk, even if she wasnt calling for that reason she was obviously interested enough to try to find out if it was you that called,
My opinion, GO FOR IT, whats the worst that could happen?

You are over analyzing the situation. Ask yourself do you like her in that way? If not then do not call. If you do then call her. If she wants you to call it is because she had a good time on your date and wondered why you never called. Judging from the situation she is trying to give you the cue to call her but only call her if you are interested.

Yes, she wants you to call! Even if it is just to get to know you better. No harm in that. We can all use a new/better friend. She may wonder because she had a # show that she wasn't familiar with, or no signal, dead battery, etc... Who knows, but she is obviously not against you calling her.

Of course she wants you to call her. You told her you would call her and you haven't yet? What is the deal? Good grief man, call the woman!

yea, this is just a subtle way for her to ask you to call her, and that means that she likes you.
