I have been a black belt in martial arts for 7 years and as a part of our training we always did push ups and crunches.....this was the best exercise according to me. Crunches target your abs and push ups are good as well because not only do they work your arms they work your abs too because your abs are what keeps your back in line. There are different positions to do crunches that will allow you to target your upper and lower abs as well as obliques. To see pictures of these positions, just look it up on the internet or let me know if you need more help.

Martial arts way readily: The ways of warfare. War is a clash among competitors. By those definitions (from the dictionary, now not my opinion) any time you utilize a ability to defeat an opponent will also be regarded a martial artwork. What this implies is that boxing, wrestling, chess, even tennis and soccer can technically be regarded martial arts. Now, do not get your panties in a wad, allow me conclude. You have all heard the announcing "Don't carry a knife to a gunfight". Pete Sampras is not going to open up a can of whoop@ss on a man together with his racket. He has a ability for a special form of contest. All martial arts train distinctive strategies to manage a distinctive challenge, whether or not it is avenue self safety, match pageant, or simply self expression. Being ready to do a type of matters does not make you well on the others. You can trust me or now not. But via definition, boxing and wrestling are martial arts.
