it may sound like a ridiculous question, BUT there are some chinese martial arts that do train to strengthen that 'area'. What they do is they sort of teach themselves to pull their friends up inside of themselves when receiving a kick to the groin. Seeing as though i'm a girl...i can't obviously adequatly describe it, but there are people and martial arts that train their testicles...yes indeed.

In Wing Chun the object is not to bang your arms against the Mook Yan Jong (Wooden Man). to make stronger arms.
The practice is to improve structure, and to ensure correct movement in and around the Mook Yan Jong(Wooden Man).
Traditional Muai Thai Fighters believed that if they beat their shins against poles or trees that they would be able to withstand more punishment, but all they have in the end is trouble walking when they are thirty years old.
If you are training and are phased by a punch or are scared to take a punch you can be easily overcome by your opponent, so to train for this is ok, but to have someone repeatedly punch you anywhere on your body is not good for you or will help you in any way.
There are experts in the disipline Iron Crotch, and it is really a speciality that has limited use. Check out this article about it.

I'm sure you could but it isn't advisable.
On a side note... While groin shots do hurt alot of it is a psychological pain. From personal experoence I can tell you you can push past the pain. And if you do it subsides very quickly afterwards.

Practising blocking with wooden dummy can make your arms stronger but the arms are less sensitive. The best way to protect your body from pain is to learn the chi kung. However, before the chi kung demonstration, I notice the sifu has to bring the 'Chi' to that part of the body to be performed. Chi Kung may not work for sudden attack. Besides, you cannot practise yourself. You need a sifu to teach you and you train hard for it. However, Sifu will not teach chi kung to everyone. You need to be his/her disciple in order to learn that.

lol well thanks for asking that question. if i were evil i would say please go ahead :P
arms and legs have bones. their conditioning consists of actually deadening the nerves (so they dont feel that much pain) as well as thickening the bone. the same mechanics as a fracture, you have calcium deposits outside the area of fracture and your bone will grow around those areas. but of course too much is never good.
anyways, your crotch. someone else asked why he kept getting 'bonners' every morning. and well i guess we all know that that isnt a bone. and your crotch aint either. killing the nerves through trauma might take the bonner away from you (cant feel any stimuli, so this means your woman pleaser wont be so pleasureable no more)
so please dont try it.

there are a 1000 ways of pain, and testicle pain is the most savage and less tolerable. No, training will not reduce sensitivity, only increase long term trouble.
the best way to ensure you never feel pain in your balls again is to avoid them getting hit. improve your reactions, and you improve your odds of pain free nuts.

My Ex has been crushing my nuts on a regular basis for 12 years. It still hurts every time she gives 'em another round of abuse.
In reality, I wouldn't try it.

If you want to have a severe rupture go ahead. I'm sure you'll love to explain that one to the surgeon.
