If you have to choose between these two, than pork is healthier. In general, beef (red meat) is higher in saturated fat. If you can, find meat that raised without the use of antibiotics.
That being said, chicken or fish are much healthier options than either beef or pork.

Depends on what you're looking to do.
-Pork is a lean meat (as long as you get the lean cuts and cut off the fat) and is low in fat and calories.
-Beef provides many nutrients such as iron.
I personally would pick pork and supplement my diet with other iron rich foods like broccoli.
