going to new york city?

Question

im going to new york city in less then two weeks
me and my brother in law know theres two popular place we want to go to

the first is a comic place i think in mahnattan or time square

the other is a toy store i think in manhattan or time square

really want to go to both places

if u know that be great

also if u r a newyorker that know some great place to visit love to know

it might not sound popular to some readers but comic store owners talk about it alot

Super comics is most likely the comic store, its on 7th between 42 and 34.... I dont remember which block...though....theres another location for them on 46th? and lexington? I cant remember exactly where though. The toy store is either the toys-r-us in times square, which is pretty cool or FAO Schwartz on 5th and 59th? Somewhere right up by Central Park...Again, I dont remember exactly which block but I can get you close enough. Hopefully that helps. And for dinner try Jekyll and Hyde....Its really neat. Time Square is where are the Broadway's plays are, the Virgin Mega Store, Toy's R Us, Coke sign...That old John's Travolta's movie things, like Saturday Night Fever.
The Fao Schwartz, is that toy store in front of the former Plaza Hotel, shown on the movie Big.
I don't know how old you are, but If you come here, you should visit Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum and of course wacth a Broadway play. Go to downtown too. Tribeca is the newest trends place, is where Robert De Niro lives and where he has his restaurants, which I love the Tribeca's Grill brunch. Take a walk at Soho. The best way to know NYC is walking, so get a comfortable shoes and get ready.

Times Square is in Manhattan. There is a Toys-R-US in Times Square (hope that helps), it is very large. Don't know about any Comic book stores but you can catch a train in to New Jersey, Redbank, NJ to be exact. There is where Silent Bob & Jay's Comic Book Shop resides.

In terms of the toy store, Toys R Us is located on 44th and Broadway. By "comic place", do you mean where comedians perform? Caroline's is a few blocks north on Broadway around 49th or 50th street.
