There is absolutely no way to determine that from what you just said...

-what is the intensity of your work outs?
-what are you eating?

just eating less won't make you lose weight necessarily..it depends on what you eat.

and you really don't want to lose weight as fast as possible. You know whats healthy and what not, so choose to eat healthy.

stay active, but don't over do it or push yourself beyond your physical capabilities.

good luck and may the force be with you.

I don't see why not. I cut down to 1200 calories a day & go to excersize 3X a week for 30 minutes each visit, and I've lost 21 lbs in bout 9 weeks! make sure you bring more fruits, veggies, & fiber into your diet, though! If your meals are nothing but junk foos/ fast food, you may not lose the weight. Count your calories! Hope this helped! Best of luck!

In general, yes. However, make sure you are cutting out the foods that are not healthy (sugar, saturated fats, etc.)
If you follow this, you can plan on losing about 2 pounds per week, this is a healthy rate of weight to lose.

Depends...what kind of exercise? and the food reduction is important but so is the type of foods you choose to keep eating as your half portion. Weight loss is simple arithmetic...more calories in than calories used and excess is stored as fat. Increase your metabolism by exercising out in the fresh air and try sleeping cool. The rate of loss depends on more factors than you have mentioned.

Don't cut your meals in half, just cut calories to around 1300. Starving yourself will make you gain weight.
