Go barefoot. If you can't to that, stand up and march around to restore circulation.
It worked for me.

Get off the chair and move around. Do this every hour or at most 2 hours if you can wether it be a drink, short walk to drop off something or a bathroom break.

Get up and move around every hour even if it's only 5 minutes of walking. You need to get your circulation going.

move your feet around a bit, or maybe try to massage your feet before you go to work/school. might be poor circulation, i say try to exercise your legs a bit more?
