I am an athlete and I heard these vitamins r good for energy, but does anyone know if they meet the NCAA requirements for athletes? I know that we can't have ephedrine, creatine and high levels of caffeine. So if anyone knows any info it would be great. thnks!

With vitamins you should be fine.

my wife in the medical field believes there are no test for vitamins.
