I have what is called a hypnofetish, meaning I get aroused when I see an attractive person being hypnotized or when I get hypnotized myself. It's not the mind control aspect, I just like the induction, feeling my eyes close drifting off. I've been to a few hypnotist shows with my sorority and I love everyone. I like being hypnotized and fantasizing about it. Why is that? I am fine with other sexual stuff and am turned on by normal stuff (aside from this) so..my question is why am I so messed up and should I seek help or is this just harmless. Like...I don't care about the actual hypnosis...I just like the eroticism of the "you are getting sleepy stuff" what should I do. Thanks.

You would freak out with an Erickson hand shake or a good NLP practitioner. They can take you into trance in a few seconds, and the change in relaxation is very sudden and profound. My best description of the feeling is ...you are swinging on a trapeze higher and higher, watching the net below you, as you come up to the top you let go ....and Begin a slow somersault. settling into the net gently.
with hardly any feeling of stopping ,consider how it would feel and how long you could make it last.

Your fetish description is surprisingly common and don't worry about it. Maybe even enjoy exploring it. I've hypnotized quite a few people (men and women) who are surprised that they like it as much as you do.
