If you invite 10 people to your party and 8 of them say they will be there, the other two say they will try, guess who is not going to show?
Rsvp's were thought up because of this.
You gotta hold them accountable or they will do whatever. Just human nature.

Cause they are liars and don't care how what they say may affect someone else. I hate that. But the best thing to do in those situations is to not take what anyone says they are gonna do to heart. Meaning don't believe it until they actually do what they say they are gonna do. good luck

it depends on what you are talking about and who that person is. sometimes they are just liers and sometimes they do it for other reasons, it depends on them.
