A plastic knife is the only thing non-organic of those three...so it would logically decompose the longest.

The plastic knife because it is not organic, and the banana peel and peanut shell can be decomposed faster by water.

banana peel and peanutshell depending on humidity in a compost heap would be gone in a few weeks at the most ,if it was a worm culture less than a week if there were a lot of worms ,they would have eaten it in a few days

the plastic knife ,a petroleum product would take
more that your life time,could even be a lot more if it was good quality plastic

silicone takes forever more than a million so does oil

although there are now plastics on the market that begin to break down if the sun and water can get to it ,like plastic bags they fall apart after a few years
