6 years ago I had a minor car accident which left me with irritated facet joints, severe whiplash, & fibromyalgia in my right shoulder & right scapula, the pain is soooooo bad I am on Morphine syrup and occassionly Morphine injections, but the best pain relief is a form of accupuncture called dry needling, instead of using the meridian, the Dr inserts the accupuncture needle in trigger points.....instant relief, only problem for me is the Dr treating me has relocated interstate & because the injury is close to my brain I can't find anyone else who will do it. Traditional accupuncture is worth a try as well, good luck

Yes,
acupuncture can help back and neck pain it is great when combined with massage and yoga. You can get rid of the pain and re train your muscles in the back and neck that are compensating for the injury, yoga will help add flexibility and strength.
