when my mom gets angry which happens alot cause she has a reallllyyy bad temper and has mood swings she will like take her arm and hit my arm or like hit my leg really hard she doesnt like slap me or anything but she like grab my shoulder and stuff im not bein whiny i just wanna know should i take it and is it normal ot doesnt leve marks cause she doesnt hit me hard enough byt she has bad mood swings. what should i do?

get pictures if she leaves marks and go to a school counsler
you shouldnt be in that house
just keep asking people for help till you find it
tell teachers
cops
couslers
doctors
anybody you feel you can trust

tell someone ASAP because your mom might have a mental disorder I am not saying she needs to be put away or anything but she does need anger management because hitting any child for any reason is wrong

Try to tell her that she is hurting you, She probably doesn't realize what she is doing. If talking to her doesn't work, turn to another adult that you can trust as soon as possible! It is important for this to stop! You do not desurve it.
