I seriously doubt that it would help. Simply because moisturizer is not designed to diminish scarring. You may need something stronger - like a silicone cream. Go to your chemist and write down the number to the manufacters, and call and ask them if their product can help with your scars. I have heard the following is good for scars but they didn't work for me, Bio-Oil and Rose Hip oil. Why don't you try a good chemical peel? L'Oreal do a Micro-Dermabrasion kit for about $35 - that is pretty cheap.

Cocoa beans are meant to have properties that help with scarring, but the effects aren't huge, so you probably won't notice a massive difference. Cocoa butter is far more concentrated than just moisturizer with cocoa in it. Are you in a country with a Body Shop? They sell Cococa Butter for not much money.

In the long run, chemical face peels help a lot.... a friend of mine had really bad acne scarring and the face peel did wonders, you can hardly tell now! You might be too young now, or not be able to afford it, but look at it as an option later maybe!!
