So my bestfriend and I were planning on making myself wearing a skirt, etc. So I was like... Okay, I'll try it. So, it's monday (today) and i wore a skirt. as I walked into choir class. My friend said that my crush was checking me out. and he kept staring at me constantly. I saw him staring at me alot. I'm not talking a stare and looks at me once in awhile.. i'm talking every second!! My confident actually rose.. from that point. Anyways, Do you think it is a good time to ask him out? I mean like everyone says he likes me.. and I really love him.. i'm literally OBSESSED with him. Lol. What should my words be.. like, "Hey, I'm Samantha.. I was wearing that black skirt yesterday.. How are you?" (btw i'm going to say this tomorrow) do you think thats alright?? please tell me what to say.. I feel like i'm going to freeze up!! (Girls can help too if you want!)

I would just say "Hi" to him, and NOT mention the black skirt. If he was really interested in you, he will remember who you are, so you won't need to remind him of the skirt at all.
I think he was just looking you over, and fantacizing about what it would be like to get into your undies. He was probably admiring your beautiful legs, and was wondering what the rest of it looked like. If he wants to go out with you, he will do the asking, ...you won't need to ask him.

Saying anything would be a good start, just make sure you say it confidently... ask him if he liked your skirt. If he thought it looked hott! (that maybe a little too much) just don't tell him that your "obsessed" with him!

if he was staring that much at you, you dont have to mention you were the one wearing that black skirt... and sure if you are cute he probably was starring at you..but if you are fat and was wearing a skirt maybe he was staring at you in a gross manner in his head..but im sure he probably likes you, just go and ask him out... guys like very forward girls.

i will tell you what works for me. I always try to make them laugh and then start out with finding out small things about them like what they like. you might ask what he likes to eat and then a little later ask him out to that kind of restaurant or what he likes to do for fun and if you have never done that tell him you've never done that or been there and ask him if he wouldn't mind going with you . normally these things take a little preparation from you but if it has to be on the spur of the moment i guess i would just introduce yourself and ask him he would like to go out Friday to a movie or to do what ever you do around your town for fun hope i helped

It would be okay to ask him out. It would not be okay to get your heart broken. That's my biggest concern. I don't like it when young girls get their hearts broken, and it sounds like this might happen to you. Talk to your parents about how you feel please!
