Take some Ibuprofen (Motrin) as often as recommended on the carton, not just when you feel pain. This should reduce the pain. Good luck on your tryouts.

Chiropractors can often fix it in a day. If you are not finding that to be true than you are not seeing the right ones. Forget about the old fashioned kind and seek out one who took the new course of study. Most important if you care about your spine is do not go to these tryouts. Your spine is telling you that you can't do this kind of thing and chances are that won't change for good. Seems to me that you may be learning a lot about this part of your body soon and may need to make some changes.
