The drinking age was much lower in Rome, so it wasn't an issue.

As the wine maker he wouldn't come under laws regarding service to minors. If he served it that's a whole different legal classification.
Would somebody who knows a lot more about wine than I do [ which is a lot] please explain to me exactly how wine in Biblical times contained less alcohol than what is currently available ? Just so you know there is only about a 6% difference between a German Reisling @ 8.5 % and a French Cabernet / Merlot @ 14.5 % Thank you

1. Wine in biblical times was extremely weak and more like grape juice than the wine of today
2. There were no age limits for drinking wine
3. They didn't have ID back then
4. Their life expectancy was a fraction of today, I'd think you better learn to enjoy life while you can!

It was not written on the bible as regards to the identification of everyone.
There is no necessity of writing it to let you know about it. No importance in believing him.
The verse stated therein is just to let us know about his mystery in turning the water to wine, to prove that he with God, the Father.
