i wanna lose like 10 lbs or more in 2 months. how can i accomplish that?

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

You may want to look into getting started on a cardio workout, which will help you burn fat. Also find a good protein based diet, this will help you build lean muscle. Lean muscle actually burns calories when at rest!

Drink lots of water....
Start a work out plan.. some cardio would be good.
Watch what you eat... try 1500 calories a day

eat healthy, cut out the crap foods and exercise heaps - maybe 30min 3 - 4 times a week :)
