I can vouch for the Zeno that it truly does work. I bought one on-line about 3 months before my wedding. It heats up and somehow diminishes the pimples that way, most of them literally overnight. However, I found mine to run out of battery juice really quickly, and the replacement tip cartridges are expensive to replace (if I remember, about 35 or 40 dollars). It is really designed for those who get occasional pimples. There is 200 treatments per cartridge, but each pimple needs 2-3 treatments. And yes, you put it directly on the pimple, and clean the tip with anti-bacterial right afterwards.

I love the Zeno. I highly recommend it. But do not purchase it from a drug store. Get one from a medspa or doctor.

my boyfriends mom uses it and she's a cosmotologist.

i've never seen a pimple on her. but i don't know if that's all she uses or if she uses a bunch of other hoo-ha too.
