Hire a lawyer, take her to court, prove paternity and chances are they will let you have visitation. Good luck and good job on wanting to be a part of his life! :)

It sound like all she wanted from you was a baby and she got what she wants. Me being a mother of 3 children think that the father should be in the children life no matter if the parents are together or not. It's your child go get him theres nothing she can do about it I know my friend went throw it in Cal. Ifyou a parent of the child and there is no court order than you can see that child at any time like at daycare or get a lawyer and fight for the child and see how she likes not seeing her child

i commend you on your efforts. however, what the people are telling you here is to get an attorney and I totally agree with that. You need to show that you are making every effort to be a part of this childs life before she takes you to court and tries to milk you of all your hard earned money.. For what ever reasons that she doesn't care about you seeing your child, I think you are in the right by wanting to be a part of his life. So many parents fail at that. I wish you lots of luck. The sooner you seek the attourney, the better off you will be.

The is "Father's rights " attorneys that will help you get tests ran to make sure the child is yours, then they will help you fight for your rights. But the proof has to come first. In my experience, I have found that women that take this type of action is doing it because they don't want the man to know that they may not be the father. ( Sorry this sounds harsh, but I have seen a lot of this) "Father's Rights" Attorneys are usually pro bono or at least willing to work with you on their fees. Good Luck!

Take the power from her. Taker her *** to court and sue her for joint custody. Fathers have rights in the eyes of the law even if she does not like it she would have to comply. You would likely get every other weekend, spring break, 2 weeks in the summer and holidays not to mention phone calls when the child is older. All you need is to seek your rights. Fathers have more rights now then ever before. Show her you are man enough to fight for what is half yours. Best wishes!

I highly recommend seeking an attorney...Let them know of the situation and what legal action they suggest you take.

As the father, you do have rights to see your child even if you do not have custody!!

Do not be afraid to seek legal council and get the courts involved.

I wish you a lot of luck!!

I am really sorry about your situation. There is nothing you can do except take her to court. Being that she is the mother she will probably get custody unless she is unfit. You should be able to get joint custody though. I hope things work out for you.

if she refuses to speak with yoy im afraid the only thing you can do is take her to court! demand a paternity test and when it proves to be you demand visitation. if you r a good person the judge will grant you visitation no matter how she feels

maybe she's trying to tell you something...could it be that the child is not yours? -----by the way you're the kind of guy that i hope to meet one day and get married to. There's nothing i love more than a man who wants to be involved in their child's life.
