they seem red often i don`t take drugs i go to sleep like at 10-12 but i play video games all day long everyday for months now

Sounds like they're dry and tired. Try using a saline drop or something else to soothe and lubricate them.

well they are getting dry from being open for so long and staring at a screen hurts them because of the light or something like that. I have the same problem from staring at my computer screen all day for school and I use Aquafiy drops or however its spelled and they work really well!

Sounds like you need to see your eye doc and get this checked out just to be safe.

you could have red eye or pink eye
you could have an allergy
your eyes could be strained from to much video games

could bea cold in your eyes try visine to get the red out
