Hire a lawyer, take her to court, prove paternity and chances are they will let you have visitation. Good luck and good job on wanting to be a part of his life! :)

I wouldn't necessarily go to court immediately, because that can be tedious. Write her a letter and explain everything to her - all your feelings. Then say in the letter that even though you love her, if she does not let you have a relationship with your son, you'll take it to court.

See how she reacts, and then take actions to go to court. Try to stay friendly towards her and don't make her feel threatened, that won't make the situation any better.

She's being unreasonable. If you were not fit for taking care of the baby, then she'd have a good justification, but you seem normal (although a little bit of punctuation won't harm anyone, lol :P). You have every right to see your son, as much as she does. It's half of your genes in that kid, you know.

Good luck, and I'm sure you'll be a great dad :)

My husband was in a similar situation, assuming she has no justification to deny you you right to be a fther you must hire a lawyer and establish paternity. Then ask yourself..what is it that you want? Do you want full custody or joint custody? Do not assume your lawyer will give you all of your options either, YOu must have joint custody to have equal say in medical and school decisions. It does not mean you hae visitation for half of the tme so if you want more than the typical Wed dinner and every othr weekend you ahve to fight for that. Fathers get the shaft because they are assumed in alot of cases that they are dead beats of just not interested in taking a primary role in their child's life. Don't try to work this out amicably with your ex, you need it official so she cannot change her mind at her whims. Good luck.

It sound like a number of she wanted from you became slightly one and she were given what she needs. Me being a mom of three little ones imagine that the daddy should be interior the little ones existence no count number number if the mothers and fathers are mutually or no longer. it is your newborn go get him theres no longer some thing she will do about it i understand my chum went throw it in Cal. Ifyou a determine of the youngster and there is not any courtroom order than you'll discover that child at any time like at daycare or get a legal specialist and strive against for the youngster and observe how she likes no longer seeing her newborn

Go to court and see if you can get joint custody. I'm so sorry that she did this to you. Talk to her and ask why she won't let you be a part of the child's life. There really is a shortage of good fathers out there. It's sad that she won't let your child experience what having a good father can be like.

Get on your KNees and PRAY TO GOD. Ask Him to give you the strength to persevere and get custody of your child. Take action by calling a lawyer and doing whatever it takes to be in this baby's life. You are doing the right thing. Not a lot of real men out there that want to take responsibility. God be with you.

I would get a good lawyer and take her to court to give visitation rights. That's about all you can do. Good luck and God bless.
