I was chatting online with this girl for the past week, and we like each other. But i found out (she told me) that she's dating some else right now. But she likes me. So at first when she started dating this someone, she told me right away (because we were going to plan to meet up sometime), and she said like she wasn't trying to be immature but that thought it would be the mature thing to do (to tell me that she's dating someone else now). So she didn't lie to me, which is a good thing. She also said that i hope we can still be friends (thinking that i could get angry and not talk to her anymore). Well, i didn't get angry and acted cool about it, and now she's like thank you soo much for not holding a grudge or anything. How can i respond to that in a cool way and maybe date her in the future. So that she'll stilll like me. Should i be like, "yeah it's not cool to hold a grudge on anyone, we need to growup, that 's childish,,,,,, or something like that..

What should i tell her?

Stop talking to her. It will only cause problems for you, her, and the other guy.

That actually sounds good. And if you want to make it so you can date her in the future, don't put pressure on her. Just hang as friends and just try to be cool. Do mention the childish part. That will show that your mature and a lot of girls like mature men. Just keep her as a close friend. If you didn't get angry about it then tell her straight up that it's cool shes dating someone else. If you don't want her to be saying thank you then tell her there is no reason to be saying that. Mention that shes your friend and friends don't get mad at each other for stupid things like boyfriends or girlfriends. Just mostly be honest with her, never lie. Just come out and always tell her the truth. That can bring you two closer than you can imagine...well I hope I helped and good luck.

If she's not into you enough to make up her mind and date you, then she's not worth it. I had a similar situation with a guy, except more complicated. If you are worried about awkwardness, don't worry. If you act awkward, she will, too. Stomp out the awkwardness by acting confident and friendly. That's what I did, and it worked. We get along pretty well. Sometimes I still have my hopes, but they are not worth the energy.

Honey, she's just not that into you. I'm so sorry. Don't waste your time and energy on her.

EXACTLY! Good people are hard enough to come by these days, and especially good FRIENDS. Keep her on board! Just don't hold a flame for the gal. She's going to move on w/ her current beau, and you should move on too, but being friends is a good investment on a good person, regardless of what your future may hold! Best of luck!

Well just tell her
hey if things don't work out w/ the person she's dating then do you think we will still have a chance or something....other wise till then try to be good friends w/ her she might just need someone to talk to!! and you can TRY to find someone else till then.

Say something that requires thought.

Instead of:
Ya LOL brb

Say:
It's stupid to hold a grudge. You're just too nice too hold a grudge against and I value our friendship a lot.

Hope this helps! :)

nicely, it sounds as even with the reality that he might want to like you. you may want to reply with some thing like, "nicely each so often that's only frustrating to ignore about me lol", and only tease with him somewhat. you should proceed to message him, yet do not rush into issues, because he would only be providing you with the incorrect impact. only stay proper and message decrease back and fourth. wish this enables .)

Just tell her to keep in touch and let you know when she wants to meet up. Stay cool!

Nothing. If you two hook up in the future it would be nice, but saying a lot of stuff now would seem foolish.

Just tell her there are no hard feelings and that you would like to still be her friend. Just plain and simple.
