Maybe He did in that God was working thru sir mix a lot. You never know how God is working and creating. Maybe He did it just so we would all come to this point and be able to discuss where and how God really is.

God is the creator, but by design, humans have free will. So Sir Mix-a-Lot had the free will to make the musical composition and say "I like big butts and I can not lie."

He created all things but he gave every creature the ability to adopt to his environment and create his own sound to communicate with his kind. Man was created just as he said to his own image and likeness meaning he gave man also the ability to adopt to his sorroundings creating his own way of communicating with others like him as evidenced by different languages of every people in their own places where they all live separately. Music is a kind of communication among peoples and man is bestowed with talents and genius to create it to express what is in his heart but no longer by God but his creation. Grow up.
