Mmk, to answer your first question, you should bring the picture into the salon as you were already saying. Good idea. It's a lot easier than trying to describe the look you are going for and they have a visual aid to help them. To achieve this look, you'd have to get lots of layers. Obviously. And to style as such, you'd have to get a pomade/wax to get it all piecey and such. Once you get it all piecey, then you should hair spray it so it stays in place.

Second answer...getting your hair cut with a razor just gives it more texture and thins it out a bit. It gives it a shattered/whispy look more so than scissors. It doesn't do any damage to your hair.

Razor cutting definatley adds more texture, it's great for short cuts. Since the hair is not being cut in such a blunt line, the strands tend to flare out a bit more, making the hair "not so plain"

That cut in the pic can be done with a razor, and its cute

A razor does not damage your hair at all. As long as the tool (razor or shears) is sharp enough, you hair will be just fine.

I would have to say show the hair dresser your picture and see what they think. I would also say you would get it razored and layered.

The razor does absolutely nothing to your hair. it doesnt damage it. All it does is cuts your hair at a different angle and thins it.

one million. attempt utilising a smaller diameter curling iron. 2. to take bulk out of your hair ask your stylist to addd layers into yor hair , which will make it alot thinner, additionally utilising a mouse or a serum can help provide your hair a comfortable curl look or in case you want a directly look attempt blow drying your hair with a strightening agent with the blowdryer dealing with down the hair shaft and then utilising a smoothing iron on extreme warmth.

with razor either your hair could come out uneven or get chopped badly. and you should ask for a mini trim about the length of your pinkie. then your ends will be refreshed or you could just use a hot oil treatment.

A razor does nothing to your hair that scissors don't!
