It puzzles me that you are geting so many answers in regard to Clinton. I hope people understand that Bush is our current Prez and he lied when he said under Oath:
To protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America and the REPUBLIC for which it stands.
He lied on many different levels, regarding the Oath he took and swore to defend.
Wake up people!

The first that we know of is when he abandoned his obligation to the military....just too bad that we didn't know the truth of that before he lied when he took oath of office.

He will always be known as not only the worst President in the history of USA...but definitely as the one that cried "WOLF!!!!"

I see the left loons flocked to this question, but let's face it. Anytime an American sees the words president, lie, and oath in the same sentence.... who do we think of? You might as well have said cigar, oval office, blue dress....
