Maybe just put on light make-up, dress up a little. Most importantly, just be yourself! If u guys are going for a meal, don't do stupid things like gobble ur food, slurp ur drinks... etc etc..

~Wear flat shoes (ballet flats)
~Don't wear a hat.
~Don't wear an updo; wear your hair down.

Just tell him "I take after my mom's side of the family. All the girls are tall for thier age". If he's cool with that, then you're in. If he makes a snide remark, then say "WHAT?! Are you making fun of my mom?!". Then kick him in the nads.
