1. The amount that you can barrow depends on what your class standing is (freshman, sophomore, junior, senior)
and what college you attend. But you can get a combination of subsidized and unsubsidized.
2. Loan payments only come 2 x a year if college has semester or 3X a year if the college has quarters. So it would not be very practical.
3. I don't Think that you can get much if any for part-time.
4. Yes, you can barrow the money to obtain an associates degree.

1. It does depend on your class standing, for a subsidized stanford loan, it's right around 5 thousand a year right now- and slightly higher as you get further along. If you qualify- this one is harder, you can also get an unsubsidized loan at about 6 to 7 thousand a year- but this one starts charging you interest immediately.
2. You're loans will go straight to the school, and the school will issue you a refund of any amount over your bill- so you can use it for off campus housing and food, and really anything you want.
3. I don't think you can get it for part time enrollment- you normally need at least 12 hours or more to recieve it.
4. Yes, you can get it for an associates degree.

I just got my student loan from this website http://1nk.us/studentloan1 . I got a 4.5% fixed rate for life, and my payments are only $50/mo. They can also consolidate your existing loans. The whole process only took me like 3 minutes
