how many woman would not be comfortable with this situation?

this past Saturday we took a long drive and ate at a nice lodge/bar restaurant, food was ok but when i went to the restroom there were two toilets side by side and only a 3 foot wall between them. i just plain locked the door, got a very dirty look from a bar fly when i came out. i'm sorry but i need to pee in peace without having another face next to me to look at!

I'm not a woman, but I think you absolutely did the right thing. How awkward for that business to do that to people.
