The best way is to make some fruit and mybe vegetable shakes or smoothies. It always works! If you don't have a Vita Mix machine than you should get one. It's a great way for diets and to stay healthy. Just don't ever stop eating it's not good for you. I am taking a health class from a registered nurse at my school. Well, Nuts are good, they have protein and are healthy. And at my super market, they sell containers with shrimp and cocktail sauce, just dont over do it with the cocktail sauce. You could even replace it with ketchup.
