My body mass index is in the normal range. I'm definitely not overweight or underweight.
But this year I think my stomach has stopped being as flat as it once was. Any way to change this?

Also I have a little bit extra around the lovehandles region... I have big hips naturally but this just emphesizes them. So, how can I lose these?

Start running, wether it be playing basketball, soccer etc. If your not into any sports, than just do some cardio vascular running. Run around the block or at a track or civic center. Listen to some music, it'll keep you focused and motivated. Also, just eat a little better, dont starve yourself, just dont eat as much sugar foods, look out for products that say 0 grams of fat or something like that (there not always healthy)

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)
