20mins till lunchtime ????

RELAX !!! it's only 4.15 in the morning !
The clocks only went forward 1 hour, you must have put yours forward 10 hours.

You have plenty of time to buy and prepare anything you like, but how about half an egg sandwich garnished with heaps of broccoli ? (that would give you time to go and throw those nasty prawns back into the sea where they belong).

Bon apetit & Enjoy !

Fried egg sandwhich with steamed brocoli on the side with butter and salt!

Fry the egg in the same ammount of time it takes to put brocoli in a pan with a bit of water, put a lid on that pan and steam the brocoli. Also cook toast. All should be done in under 10 minutes, add salt and butter to the brocoli, butter the toast, salt the egg and add some ketchup.

MMMMMM!!

try a really green salad. Mix the greens with dried fruits like raisins or cranberries or even some nuts. Add some sprouts and some sunflower seeds. Really, add whatever you want that makes up a less than traditional salad. add a vinegarette and bon appeite!

fry the egg, and put it on the bread like a sandwich. I've had it, it's really tasty! If you have some cheese, that's also quite tasty.
