i dont know about the romantic asking part. maybe you could send flowers with a note that says would you like to go out sometime. or something. and as far as where to go..... out to dinner and for a walk or out to dinner and rent a movie

Lets see if you have the guts to do this: Well if your friends you should buy her flowers and give them to her, and ask her if she would like to go out to dinner with you. I dont think she can resist, unless she has a boyfriend. She wont be able to turn you down. It can be any kinda flowers, little things count with girls. if your not friends then do the same things and say you've seen her around and you think she looks like a fun and interesting person. if friends then tell her maybe you guys can try going out and see how it goes, and to give you a chance. whats the worst that can happen. Find out what specific food she likes first and pick a place, not everyone likes the same food. Once you know then let me know and i can tell you ok. Good luck!!

just be real with her if she is a great person she will understand that you really dont know how to ask her out. And when you ask her just come from the heart. Also just hint around at her to find out where she likes to go.

When my fiance asked me on our first date, it was cute. We were at our friends house, I've only known him for about a month or so, through this same friend, He asked me, "Would you like to go out on a date with me?" He's very shy, so I responded with a yes. So he asked me when I was available. He took me to this little outside ice cream restaurant. There was a gazebo that we sat at. We got meals and ate then we got ice cream of course. It was the best date that I've ever been on. I've been with him ever since. Three years this april.

Now in days, you have to be tough with the ladyes, if not they will think you are femenine.
Envite her to some crazy restaurant where they serve you with no manners, and they distract you with so much noice,,, so you can take her OUT of there, then you will be her heroe....

no cheesy pick up lines...very lame! compliment and some flirting then ask her if she would like to go somewhere this Saturday( or whatever day) I'm not sure about places...maybe for coffee, or somewhere where you can get to know each other that isn't to loud...Bon Chance!!
