LOL! Seriously, no theory of evolution? If the theory didn't exist, why are there so many that contest it? The theory exists. Whether evolution itself exists is something that people still debate over.

Yes there is evolution and it is still a theory (in the tur meaning of the word), but it is not an actual scientific theory. We can learn much from Darwin. He taught us to look at 'micro' evolution (small changes within the same kind of creature-like dogs), but the overall theory involving Abiogenesis and macroevolution has no creditable scientific data.
